Which personal information do I collect?
If you reach out to me for any reason, I will naturally have a record of details for the communication method you chose to use. During our correspondence, I may ask you to supply the following additional information;

- Your Company name
- Business Title or Designation
- Mailing Address
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Payments related information such as PayPal or Credit Card (only when paying for services where I need to manually process payments)
How do I store, safehold and use the above personal information after you provide it?
I store personal and corporate information in a secure password protected third party database. I only use your information for purposes related to our direct correspondence, general and update related correspondence, client relationship and/or any other engagements we have both mutually agreed to engage with.
As a client of my Coaching and Advising services, your name will be organized in my Coaching and Advising database as a means for providing Coaching and Advising services. If you are paying for services, your payment related information will be kept for collecting on current or outstanding bills in a secure, protected database.
My policy as it relates to sharing, distributing, trading or accessing your personal and/or corporate information
I do not sell, trade, share or otherwise distribute your personal and/or corporate information to third parties.
My policy as it relates to disclosing personal and/or corporate information
There are very limited and rare circumstances where privacy law permits the use or disclosure of personal and/or corporate information without consent required. As an example, during emergencies, life threatening situations, security issues or by court order. In such extremely rare situations, I may have to disclose your personal and/or corporate information without requesting your consent.
Regarding the use of cookies on my website
Cookies are enabled on my website. The purpose of enabled cookies is to verify logged in users and commentators. If you do not post comments or use a log-in account, your identity is not stored. My site only collects site usage related analytics to review site patterns and performance.
Regarding the use of third-party links on my website
My website contains periodic and various links to other websites. Note that when you click on one of these links, you will be leaving my website and subsequently entering another parties website for which I have no influence upon or control.
