At age ten I was a depressed kid. At age seventeen I found trouble with drugs and the law. Recently I built a #1 fastest growing company in Canada with a team of 60 people, sold it, travelled the world, and truly fulfilled my childhood dreams. This tell-all book tells my story in hopes of helping other youths and their families who are experiencing trouble as I did.

 

I’m an upside down turtle in this book, belly up, vulnerable. I confess things I did and attitudes I held of which I am not proud. I openly share here the intimate details of a lost child’s journey to redemption in hopes of helping save even one life or at least making one life better.

 

Absent of sugarcoating, my thoughts and actions are exposed here as honest and openly as I remember them, thus criticisms of others may rain down. However, owning up to my past, and helping others make better choices, may just create the meaningful change someone out there really needs.

 

I’ve briefly summarized the details of building a million-dollar business in the Epilogue only, because this is not a business book. This is not a how-to book either, there are no step-by-step quick-fix solutions or magic bullets in these pages. This is simply a story about a kid who struggled and survived to tell the tale.
